The Sub-Regional Center is located at Madhupur in Madhupur Upazila of Tangail District under Mymensingh Regional Centre. Distance from Madhupur to Tangail district is 50 (approx.) km. Madhupur, Dhanbari, Gopalpur, Ghatail and Sakhipur total 05 (five) upazilas under Madhupur sub-regional center. Madhupur upazila is bounded by Jamalpur district in the north, Mymensingh district in the east, Ghatail upazila in the south and Gopalpur upazila in the west.
