Dr. Masud Mohammad Pervez has been employed as Associate Professor at Bangladesh Open University. He accomplished his PhD degree from Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Rajshahi and earned MBA in Marketing with a dissertation from the same university.
Dr. Pervez started his teaching career as a lecturer in Marketing at the Open School of Bangladesh Open University in 2006. As a part of his responsibilities at Bangladesh Open University, he has been involved intensively in developing self-learning materials, particularly in print and audio-video format. By now, he has prepared five printed self-learning modules, which are being used as study materials at higher secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels. With time, he has also anchored 21 course-based audio and video programs, which are available on BOUtube. He is also involved simultaneously in teaching marketing related courses at the graduate level. In addition, he is executing various academic and administrative responsibilities with high involvement as an active member and chairman of different committees.
Dr. Pervez is married to Most. Shamota Nazneen. He is the father of two children – Sarara Pervez and Tahsanul Samin. His best sources of inspiration are the love from his mother Begum Rokeya Khatun, father M. A. Razzaque and supports from his family. He is the youngest son of his parents.
