Dr. Md. Motaharul Islam is a Professor (Management) at Open School of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) and has been working at BOU since 2005. He received his PhD from the University of Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia with a thesis, entitled, “The Effects of Human Resource Management Practices on Teacher Educator Development in Bangladesh: ICT Skills and Career Planning as Moderators”. He has been teaching courses and conducting research in Management, International Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Operations Management, International Business and Management, Research Methodology, Organizational Behavior, and Business Communication.
