Welcome to Jashore Regional Cneter(RC). It is one of the most important Regional Center of Bangladesh Open University(BOU) among it’s 12 RC’s. It is situated at Upashahore in Jashore. It very known place near Khajura bus stand in front of new market. The BOU authority decided to establish this RC in 1994 to ensure availability of BOU resources and activities in this Region through it’s Sub-Regional Centers and study centers. There are 8 Sub-Regional centers under this Regional Center. Kushtia, Bherama, Meherpur, Chuadanga, Jhenadah, Magura, Narail and Keshobpur are the Sub-Regional Centers.

At present near about 40 thousand learners are studing through this Regional Center. They are enrolled with its Twelve formal program and studing in 125 study centers thouse are situated in Jashore and it’s adjoining 6 Districts such as Kushtia, Meherpur, Chuadanga, Jhenaidah, Magura and Narail. The learners are studing SSC, HSC, HSC(NICHE-01), BBA(Bangla), MBA(Bangla), B.Ed, M.Ed , BBA, DCSA, BAgEd, CLP, BMEd programs. Jashore Regional Center provides very sincere and friendly environment service to the Service Seekers.
